I lived on Collins road in the early seventiesIt was wonderful. I was only fifteen at the time. We had a rec room with all the nice things. Pinball pool tableAnd the pool was always open and maintainedThe lot manager lived on site and always there if needed. I am now sixty seven now and I do believe that greedy assholes and drugs took over the placeIt was really a wonderful place to grow up. At least back in those times

They're using fake licenses when they claimed they were bought out by Oakwood ...they have been on the news 4 Jax constantly for crimes , fraud, scamming people claiming they have mobile homes for sale and the percentage down was stolen - the pool and amenities they state You're paying Your lot rent for are never open and they double charge You what You signed in Your Lease and Terms they create new fake charges that end up being double of what Your Original Lease Stated . Many Elderly and Disabled Citizens are getting treated horribly the past few years here ...They can only hope and pray others get the City Of Jax Involved Again To Help These Beautiful Kind People That Don't Deserve To be Treated So Badly. Is there any Humanity in this Park For These Elderly At All???

The office hours are horrible, the phone number provided on google search is out of order, the front office never picks up the phone number that they do provide for tenants (their voicemail box is full), the office is almost never open even within the hours they set, the road for lane D is undriveable, the lawsuit regarding the outrageous waterbills caused by malfunctioning water meters seem to have gone no where, and despite a large majority of the tenants being of Hispanic decent there are no Spanish speaking workers at the office so expect to be using Google translate. The only reason I live here is because I cannot afford to move and the rent is going up. Do NOT move here, it is not worth it.

Growing up in this neighborhood as a kid, it was respected and treated with care. Over time, the park slowly started to lose its touch. The parks aren't that fun to go play at for the kids. The pool is barely cleaned up these days, They finally l, and I mean, finally cleaned up the grass growing over all of the shoulders and edges. Now, they just need to replace the asphalt that's damaged with potholes with new asphalt. Replace the items in the parks that are damaged and are required to be looked at for the safety of the children. Actually, care for the people living there, plus bring it back to life. It's not the same, honestly. Bring the people together like they always did before it became a wreck.

Shame on this owner/company/property management company! You should be trying to fix the problem with the extensive water bills versus threatening evictions to your tenants that have been there a long time. Find out what the problem is because there’s no reason to get a bill for $2000 especially for a single wide mobile home I don’t care if they had three pools in their backyard. It would not be a $2200 water bill for that month. Shame on you!!! I believe you’re going to get a lot of publicity on this, so I would definitely suggest fixing the problem before all this bad publicity hits your company, your owners, your management, companies, and everything. I can only imagine the lawsuits and fraud that could be filed for unlawfully charging tenants for some thing when you know that there was a issue and a problem that you did not try to rectify. I look forward to seeing the updates on the news for these poor unfortunate tenants that are being taken advantage of.
