The representative agent is James Jackson out of Venice California. We’ve had 3 roof leaks , mold and electrical problems since moving in . Carmen and Howard will ignore your request or even block you all together!!!

The property manager, Rhonda, is polite, respectful, and genuinely cares about her tenants. Any time I've needed an appliance replaced or have needed maintenance done, I am provided service within 24 hours of the request. Everyone who rents here undergoes a thorough background check, which allows for a safe living experience. I highly recommend The Woodlands on Clay!
Aug 04, 2018 · PJ WoodIf you like privacy, you will not like this place. The manager drives her golf cart around all the time and keeps close tabs on everyone in the park. If you have an extra car that's not yours parked in your driveway overnight have an explanation ready. Also she has something to say about every little thing.I.E. " your truck is too loud ", "your window covers look trashy" etc. There are many unresolved code violations. There was a very bad roach infestation that she " treated" herself 3 times and they were still there until we finally splurged and took care of it ourselves. She has evicted someone for there sons friend staying over a few weekends and got fined for giving them 5 days to move out. She's made people change trailers to move her friends in certain trailers and refused renew my lease without a legitimate reason. I have never been late on my rent in fact have been early many times. Me and my fiance have a 5 month old son and she wouldn't even let us rent weekly(which is an option any other time) until we found another place to live. Very rude and also has called and harrassed my fiance late at night. Worst experience I have ever had renting a place to live. This is just a few of many many many more issue we, as well as many others have had with her(Rhonda)

I haven't really had any maintenance issues except one of my window units quit working but that was taken care of no problem. Rhonda the landlady has been nice every time I've talked to her. Chris the maintenance guy is nice. I think as long as you are a good neighbor and pay your rent on time, you'll be fine but that goes for anywhere you live.

He is disabled and has MS. We have a large covered patio and are constantly in trouble that it has "non outdoor items" on it. Maintenance man is awesome!! Manager not so much, if she decides she doesnt like you then you're SOL. Community itself is ok, clean, nice laundry room, and kept up.
