The Wells is a typical RV park of 55+. Be carful if considering buying there. The Comity there is a very close group of people that are very bitter and have nothing better to do but cause trouble for the residents and grounds keepers, and service workers. They are a real nasty bunch and I have had to deal with them more then once. They think they know about things but have no clue what they are talking about. They need to be removed and replaced. I am currently working on finding out who the actual property management company is to make a formal complaint. These people need to be removed. They are a detriment to The Wells and have no business overseeing things. All they do is cause issues. Stay away from The Wells unless you want to have issues with these people.
