The Village MHP, LLC Reviews
This park is going from bad to worse. Management decided they were no longer going to use Waste Management Services for trash and recycling pick up services. According to them it’s saving the residents money but our rent is still the same so most likely is them saving money, yet we have the worst trash pick up services I have ever come across in this country. I’m not sure what it is, if it’s because the majority of the residents living here are Hispanic/latino and we deserve this type of treatment. We have to put out our trash in bags and if we leave them overnight a lot of times the raccoons and cats open the bags and the person responsible for picking up the trash in a pick up truck doesn’t take the trash. He picks and chooses which garbage bags to take. After he collects the trash he dumps the bags in an area by the office which leaves a stench in the area. This needs to be addressed immediately otherwise I will file a complaint with the city of Fort Lauderdale. We live in the United States of America not a third world country.
Dec 30, 2024 · A SotoIt's ok I live there however we could use some actual lighting in the entrance especially where it shows the sign the village we need more up keep in the surrounding areas other than that everyone and everything is good and nice
Feb 05, 2025 · Kenneth BorgesVillas Park MHP resident. Suggestion to solve the garbage problem. I suggest adding a fair charge for our residents of this community for the extra payment for garbage so that the trucks pick up the garbage as it was previously done before implementing your new system…It doesn't have to be difficult to talk to residents
Sep 13, 2024 · Misa CastroI like the community itself but as far as the property manager Regina she is an unfair person who abuses her power and how I just watched her give a 30 day notice to vacant to a family because of structure to the trailer that has been there for decades but yet 90 percent of the trailers bin the park all have illegal structures and rooms being rented out with no permits but yet she only picks this one family to kick out because of it while nobody else got notices for their illegal structures. Not sure how only one trailer can get the notice and have to leave but nobody else gets the notice. Not to mention the towing of cars is out of control I guess it’s another way they need to make money besides taking innocent people trailers. I have to wonder sometimes if she even has her license to be a property manager the way she runs the park and deals with the issues the park had which is many
May 26, 2024 · Sheri RojasMy mother lives in this park and I don’t know what is going on but from a few months to now the towing trucks come at all hours of the night and for any small reason they tow your cars. My parents have had their cars towed 4 times. You can’t even have visitors parked on the side because they will tow their cars. A lot of people are struggling to make ends meets and to have them take $230 for parking in your own property is crazy. Something has to be done because this can’t keep happening. I wonder if they get commission for every car they take. If you want your car released before they take it they gladly rip you off of $80.
