The Pines at Lake Livingston Reviews
I have lived here for 4 years, & so has the manager. She has been managing the park for 2&1/2 years & does her job great. They do not over charge, they’re not that kind of people. They have no problem showing you your electric bill, all you have to do is ask. All the owner & manager ask is that you pay your rent on time, keep your lot clean, respect the property & people around you. If you can’t do that you can’t live here. They are awesome people who have put up with way too much from way too many people.
Jun 08, 2022 · Stac BinnThe park itself is nice and peaceful however…the manager will gossip about anyone in the park. Even if she comes across as friendly and treats you nicely. I’ve never once gotten disrespectful with her and she chose to spread rumors about my family. She seems self centered and childish, but that’s just my opinion. Wouldn’t recommend staying here very long.
