The Landing at Bear Creek RV Park & Campground Reviews
TERRIBLE PARK!!!! If i could rate this place a negative I would!!! We have traveled the country full time and have stayed at hundreds of parks in the last 7 years. The Freedom Group out of Nashville Tn owns this park. They hire alcoholics and transients to manage and pretend to maintain the park. They turn water or electric off with out any notice to attempt hack repair jobs that never last. The road is full of potholes and there is ALWAYS trash. The Freedom Group never replies or even care. They just collect your money and let you fend for yourself. This place is an absolute joke. If you need a campground to stay at while in this area go to the one in New Richmond OH down the road. There is so many trash campers moving in now, they advertise a bath house and don't have one. The list goes on and on. All they care about is their $750 they collect from you. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Dec 01, 2024 · Carrie HolbrookWe are full-time RVers and this is by far the best park we've stayed at! It's peaceful and beautiful, everyone (especially Management) is so friendly and fun! The laundry facility is one of the greatest amenities as we've stayed other places without one, so we truly appreciate it! The view of the river is beautiful! The park is maintained perfectly and I've enjoyed calling it home! By far the best park in Southern Clermont County! Must see!
Mar 31, 2025 · Rhonda BargerLady running this place was not good. Would demand payment and never send a bill... would scream in texts (ALL CAPS!) Maintenance was not the best either... extremely dusty and potholes everywhere. They finally fixed potholes as we left. Also, the electric bills were vastly different. One person runs more electric than we did and had a 25$ bill while others had 400$ bills. We all have campers and use about the same electricity. Bills should not vary with 100$ here or 400$ there... 25$ there, and we always had like 200-300$ bills. Not organized well. And no winter fares. So the price doesn't change with seasons. We moved to a cheaper and far better campground. Our new one is extremely clean and well kept. No dust. No potholes. And we have grass! Bear creek poured like bleach or something to kill all grass.. makes me feel like they just didn't want to mow or upkeep the property.
Nov 12, 2024 · Samuel ConnerGreat park was sketched out by the bridge at first! But transition enter and exit through the bridge was smooth like butter! 2024 brinkley 42ft fit well in campground. Manager was very friendly and welcoming would 10/10 recommend the park!
Jul 09, 2024 · Matt KacerWe were on a time crunch and they helped us out tremendously, so easy to get in touch with and willing to work with you! So far nothing but great people, the kids are loving the playset and splash pad, it’s been quiet even though there’s many campers here, lovely little spot we found! Can’t wait to spend our next few weeks here 👍
