Lot Lease/Rent: Residents pay a monthly fee for the use of the land their manufactured home occupies. This fee often includes various essential services.
Exterior Home Maintenance (for some homes/communities): While this varies, some communities or specific home associations within communities like Rockland Glen (a related entity mentioned in search results that shares some characteristics with mobile home parks) may include exterior home maintenance in HOA fees, reducing the upkeep burden for residents.
Lawn Care: Many manufactured home communities include lawn care for common areas, and sometimes for individual lots, as part of the monthly fees, contributing to the community's overall aesthetic.
Snow Removal: For common roads and sometimes individual driveways within the community, snow removal services are typically provided, enhancing safety and accessibility during winter months.
Public Utilities: Manufactured home communities are generally connected to essential public utilities, such as water and sewer, though how these are billed (included in lot rent or separately) can vary and should be confirmed directly with management.
On-Site Management (Potential): Many communities have some form of on-site or readily available management to address resident concerns and oversee community operations.
Pet-Friendly Environment: The Glen is known to allow pets, typically with specific policies regarding weight limits, deposits, and monthly fees for cats and dogs (e.g., 20 lbs for cats, 60 lbs for dogs, with associated deposits and monthly fees per pet, and breed restrictions).
