People are being bullied to move out through insane rents, also people can't sell there mobile homes here since rent is 2800 so they are being held hostage to give there mobile home to park for free or pay the insane rent here.

Old homes have been moved out therefore there are open sites. Varying sizes. Since I have been here 5 new homes have come on-site. Pool and clubhouse do need updating.

The absorbent space rent is well over $1300 a month. They take large rent increases each year causing Financial hardships on property owners, forcing them to either relocate their home or lose their home all together. This park is a good percentage empty. It is absolutely reprehensible what the park owners have done to the park residents and to the park itself. It's a shame that the owners have been allowed to act in the way that they have and destroyed lives. I am ashamed to live in the neighboring park down the road.
