I both live in and was employed by Sage Asset Management which manages this park. The owner of Sage Asset Management also happens to own this park. I was treated very poorly as a tenant and I was also not treated as everyone else was. The rental agreement was not a legal rental agreement, they claimed I owed them money when in fact I didn't, they are not concerned with anything except more money in their pockets. I had to report them to multiple federal and state agencies in order to resolve any issues. I would stay away from anything connected to Sage Asset management or any other of the many names they operate under. You will be glad you did

Our streets are plowed and the place is overall very well kept. When people think of trailer parks they do not expect the well maintained and managed park that is Terlingua. I was hesitant to get a trailer and live in a "court" but our neighborhood is far better than even the middle class neighborhoods in the county. We are close to restaurants, gas stations, and a park. Honestly, it is the best move my husband and I have made.Very kid friendly and well lit. The only noise issue is the train across the highway but what can you do?
