Tampa East RV Resort, The Oaks Reviews
Okay, where should I begin with this campground not a resort. The oak area is very rundown and to me it looks like a community trailer park. The only area that’s seems to be transits site are the sites closes to the pool. I talk to a few people and quickly realized this area is a community not a resort. Everyone seems to know each other and some sites the concrete was cracking and the water coming out is brown. Quickly I realized a made a huge mistake. There is a guy that stays there I guess annual around this time. My wife and I decide to go down to the pool to swim and met a guy that made inappropriate comments to her in front of my granddaughter. He was staying in a grayish class c with a cargo trailer behind it in the pull thru area. He made hand gestures to her when we walked around. So let me say we will not be coming back to this park ever again. Also pot smell in the air around the back sites and trash music can be heard throughout the night. Bad property management. Run from staying here.

May 07, 2024 · WillThis park is one of my favorites, but that the water main leak up at the Oaks is STILL NOT FIXED!?! Come on it’s been 2.5 years that main is leaking. I love this set of parks. I will be back. 3 parks, 3 pools, 3 showers/laundries all satisfactory. Laundry machines use CleanPayMobile App and you can still use coins. Enjoy!
Jul 17, 2023 · Melissa LnDon't trust the employees here, especially the two managers, they have their favorites and they let them do what they want, like the resident in lot e16 in the oaks, selling a truck outside, but I wasn't allowed to put a 4 sale sign on a bicycle, have a vehicle parked on my lawn and was harassed when i did so. Then this resident has made a bridge across the river behind his rv, cleared a spot on the other side and has his pot plants growing back there. Be ware of this place, do not pay for any time upfront because when they sat they are not entertaining you as a guest any longer you loose the money you paid in advance. I believe they just kept my $1,300 and split it up in the office
