Based on the publicly available information, Tameling RV Park and Campground does not explicitly advertise ongoing "promotions or special offers" in the traditional sense, such as discounted rates for new customers or package deals. However, it's worth noting their pricing structure for seasonal and monthly stays, which can offer long-term value for regular visitors compared to nightly rates.
One review indicates that a yearly permanent site has seen an increase in its yearly rate over time, without corresponding improvements to individual sites, leading some long-term residents to consider moving on. This suggests that while there may not be promotional discounts, the park offers competitive rates for longer stays. Prospective guests, particularly those interested in seasonal or monthly options, are strongly advised to contact Tameling RV Park and Campground directly. Inquire about current pricing, including any potential variations for different site types or lengths of stay. Jun 19, 2023 · Raymond BurnetteWe’ve had a yearly permanent for several years. We’ve always enjoyed it, but they continue to increase the yearly rate, but haven’t done any improvements on any of the sites. We’re giving our site up this year and moving on. Sorry to say good-bye.
Jun 09, 2019 · Pat RosenhagenMy wife and I are the new managers here at Tameling Rv Campground. We found that some of the managers in the past really did not keep up with maintaining the property so we are trying very hard to get the property back in order. We have been cutting down the over grown brush around the lake so our campers can fish along the banks. We finally had time to paint the shower rooms. Keeping the shower rooms sanitized everyday is a job all by its self. WE DO KEEP UP WITH SANITIZING OUR SHOWER TWICE EVERYDAY FOR COVID-19. We see several negative reviews and we are working very hard everyday to address every issue. Remember there is only two of us working 150 acres so bear with us. We always remind everyone that wants to come out and camp with us that we are located on top of a coal mine so there are times that our well water smells like sulfur, this we cannot control. Some people have said that we never answer the office phone. The phone are on from 8am - 8pm 7 days per week. If we do not answer the phone that is because we are somewhere on the property working. With 150 acres sometimes the cell phone signal is very week. So please leave a message and we will call back as soon as we have a good signal. If you want a park to look nice we cannot sit inside the office all day.We have 27 campsites that are full hook up. These sites are usually filled with travelling workers. Our primitive area is for weekend campers, we are working very hard at opening sites that have overgrown under brush, so hopefully 2021 will bring at least 8 new primitive site. So if your in need of a campsite give us a call. The property is very quiet. But keep in mind, this is a travelling workers campground so there really is not much for children to do except for hike and hunt for fossils or fish.As always travel freely but travel safe.
Nov 06, 2020 · David Wenglarz SrDave and Yulanda work so hard to ensure every camper has a great experience. We stayed for two years and had zero issues with management. If we are ever back in this area will definitely return to Tameling. Only issues were from other campers who weren’t conscientious of rules or others- (normal every campground issues) AND Anytime there were problems- Yulanda addressed them immediately. Love, love, love this place.
Nov 30, 2022 · Marnita CurryWe called to reserve a 5 weeks stay and was told to go online. We went online and it doesn’t work. So we called and was told to fill out online. We tried to let them know it wasn’t working and wouldn’t even bother to help. We both work in many different websites. They need someone that cares about their business and. It turn it away. We would be coming back yearly too.You really need to read my review Tameling before you answer. WEBSITE was not working correctly to add information.
