Homes are is poor condition, they sell them AS IS with no warranty and most trailers have weak floors, poor insulation, owners have no idea what they are doing! Company cares about money not the human beings you can see it by looking at available homes. Code enforcement and police are in park almost on a daily basis. Park is dirty and not taken care of.

May 24, 2025 · The chosen one ORRI have had a terrible experience with Brenda in management antagonize me via taking photos of me out in my yard and smirking, threatening me, and being completely unprofessional. The rules she is so eager to implement, she isn’t able to do herself. I have felt beyond threatened the entire time I’ve been here. I have had five plus peopleTell me the reason they don’t live here anymore is because the same reason that I am having issues with. She went from “managing” McDonalds to here and clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing. Her inability to be professional and antagonize the residents, taking photos, threatening elderly people, etc is unacceptable and there is no excuse for it. I would call but they have no number apparently. However I will be calling the BBB as soon as I get done writing this. I KNOW that this is unacceptable and they will feel the same.
