Svensen Mobile Home Park Reviews
- Lived here for a few years... Tenants were mostly nice and welcoming.. some quite scary . Lol July 29 · Jonathan Dowell (Shortcircuitz)
- Met some amazing people there. I was 16 years old in 1991-1992. Kings pizza was just across the road. big boat house and a bus line equipped with a bench. That's a piece of my memory to share. December 23 · Nancy Ann Barcott
- Unfortunately I know of a few people who have lived here, in fact a great friend of mine, owns a house there, but the manager is kicking him out of his own home, because the failure to pay lot fees, my friend out of the goodness of his heart let a couple move in that were homeless with a baby. Well soon there was some conflict if interest and life go so unbearable for my friend and he was forced to leave his own home, well the homeless couple trashed his house and failed to pay lot fees, unfortunately my friend didn't know that they weren't paying, so the manager is kicking him out and apparently keeping his trailer. If anyone were to ask me if I'd move there, I would highly doubt it, because I'd rather be homeless then to be living with a heartless manager ever. I hope the owners of the property do a review of this situation and the manager looses his or her, job. Because aa manager like that, shouldn't be a manager at all. December 22 · Jeffrey Hawkins
- It's a little area serving 9 -10 trailers. It's located about 1 mile from the country market store, just passed the sheriff station. Could it use a makeover?Absolutely. It seems quiet, friendly ish, and well, serves its purpose I suppose. The wild berries in the back are awesome. May 20 · Kelly Avila
- I have always had good experience there. I have a great friend whom I see periodically. The park for the most part is quiet and clean, and children do stay there April 23 · Michael Brown
