Surburban Acres Mobile Home Community Reviews
I had rats, mold and broken windows when I tried to lease here. They wouldn’t show me the unit after I paid the deposit. A creepy old drunk as a maintenance guy , and an old tweaker as the second maintenance . Please save your money and go elsewhere. I spent the holidays without running water because the pipes were frozen and the lady was too cheap to get it fixed.

Dec 26, 2017 · Donovan M. StoneIve oftn bn askd if i live at "Suburban Acres". . . ."NO!"The sad fact is tht i live close enuf to hv to share a 'well'. I hv lived n areas where "well water" was smthng to be excited about!Crystal clear, cool and odorless, rite frm the faucet! NEVER hvng to install a "filtering system", nor any flavored granules or packets to help mask the odor or color. This trailer court has bn under NEW OWNER/MANAGEMENT for about two years. . . . tht anyone knew about or cared enuf to be aware of! During this time the manager/caretaker (John) had taken the park and had began to gv it a "facelift!" along wth a MUCH NEEDED "attitude adjustment" wen it came to the ones living off borrowed time due to "lack of payment", or "squatters rites!" He was transforming the place nto smthng tht appeared to be a "trailer park" insted of a junkyard filled wth gutted-out trailers, dirt roads/lanes filled wth "potholes" and used needles! If u had a drug preference. . . . NO PROBLEM!!Lately, faces and names hv changed, sadly, it remains a place where "good people" still reside thruout and are still hopeful tht things are going to change . . . for the better. Also, the "dealers" still keep the drugs moving thru the dusty, dug-up roads. Make NO MISTAKE!!!As i said bfr, i live else-where, but am connected souly by the "well". This last week they hv TURNED OFF the water tht supplies five households! Thts a whole othr story! This is NOT a place to bring children, pets or the elderly! Its NOT a place to make a 'first' or 'last' impression on the locals. Its hard to keep frm hvng a "lasting impression" wen passing thru! If u dnt mind "taking chances" then u mite find this place suitable.I give this park 'one' 🌟!! Becus i believe everyone and everythng has room for improvment!
