The accessibility of Sunset Village is a significant advantage for residents. Utility Hookups: Each lot is equipped with necessary hookups for essential utilities, including water, sewer, and electricity. Residents are typically responsible for their individual utility bills, but the park ensures the infrastructure is in place.
Trash Collection: Regular trash collection services are usually provided, either through communal dumpsters or curbside pickup, maintaining cleanliness throughout the community.
On-Site Management/Staff: As highlighted by customer reviews, the presence of dedicated on-site management and maintenance staff is a significant service. They are responsible for overseeing park operations, addressing resident concerns, enforcing rules, and coordinating maintenance activities.
Emergency Response/Availability: The review specifically mentions being able to call staff "at any time" on weekends, indicating a high level of availability for resident support, especially for urgent matters.
Community Rule Enforcement: While sometimes seen as a "rule," the enforcement of park rules contributes to a safe, orderly, and pleasant living environment for all residents, which is a service provided by management.

Sunset Village truly shines through its unique features and highlights, particularly those that are frequently praised by its residents. These aspects differentiate it and contribute significantly to a positive living experience:
Exceptional Staff Dedication: This is arguably the most prominent highlight, as explicitly stated in a customer review. Staff members like Melissa and Jenn are described as "the best" who "go above & beyond just being managers," treating residents "like family." This level of personal care and commitment, even to the extent of working during illness or in extreme weather to maintain the park, fosters an incredibly strong sense of loyalty and appreciation among residents.
24/7 Accessibility of Management for Residents: The ability to call management "at anytime & they will be there" even on weekends, as noted by a resident, is an extraordinary level of support that provides immense peace of mind. This indicates a management team that is truly invested in the well-being and satisfaction of its residents.
Strong Community & Family-Like Atmosphere: The recurrent theme of staff treating residents "like family & not just a renter" underscores a nurturing and supportive community environment. This goes beyond mere property management; it suggests a place where people feel valued and cared for.
Well-Maintained Grounds (due to staff efforts): While one review mentions that the "trailers" themselves might not be the reason for five stars, the dedicated maintenance efforts of staff, such as Melissa cutting grass in 100-degree weather, imply a commitment to keeping the common areas and overall park appearance well-kept despite potential challenges with individual units. This contributes to a pleasant living environment.
Clear Rules for Orderly Living: Another review mentions "Lots of rules to follow but seems worth it!!!" This highlights that while there are regulations, they are perceived as beneficial for maintaining an orderly, safe, and respectful community, contributing to the overall quality of life within the park.
These highlights collectively paint a picture of Sunset Village as a community where exceptional staff dedication creates a supportive, family-like atmosphere, making it a truly unique and appealing place to live.

My name is Mary & I wanna leave a review for Melissa , the maintenance lady.. she is the best & so is Jenn… they both go above & beyond just being managers of a trailer park..they treat u like family… even on weekends I can call them at anytime & they will be there…as far as I’m concerned Melissa & Jenn is the ONLY good thing going for this trailer park.. they truly treat u like family & not just a renter..I have watched Melissa in 100 degree weather cutting grass all over this trailer park even on weekends & that’s with her bbeing sick…so with that being said I wanna think Jenn & Melissa for ALWAYS being there no matter how there day is going… we love both of u.. without youll this trailer park would be TRASH … I’m only giving 5 stars because of them.. it’s definitely not because of the trailers…
Sep 05, 2024 · mary & terry ballengerNice park managers n staff over the phone! Lots of rules to follow but seems worth it!!!
Dec 24, 2022 · Tara GHorrible place to live they try to steal your money any way they can and try to enforce the most outrageous rules. They patrol the park at least three times a day trying to find ways to charge people a fine for anything without warning. Month to month rent means they can ruin your whole life if you buy a trailer here and kick you out whenever. Save your money for a down payment somewhere else. Ashley Hocker and Tiffany G. are managers here that left 5 star reviews and they do not live here.
May 21, 2021 · Preston “The Hyraulic Press” DevinnyTerrible place to live. Managers are awful, matience is a joke and dont follow the park rules themselves and are always harrassing people and their kids. Never pay only lot rent they always find a reason to charge you extra. Everyone is expected to follow strict, STRICT rules except the maintainence they cant even maintain there own home.
Apr 03, 2021 · brittanyCertainly better than Smith Street those trailers need to be torn down they're not fit to live in
