★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Nobody looks to screw you over more than sunset ridge. My truck was parked on the side of my driveway last night that I’ve been paying years for, and got towed for $321.These are cheap trailers that shift, everything breaks easily, and the lawn care guys throw trash and do a janky job and cutting grass. Overall it’s just a cheap trailer park that gets ran like it’s some high level community, who by the way don’t go out of their way to have a tow service routinely look to screw you over at night. These guys patrol around the hours of 12:30-1:00am. They purposely set it up to nickel and dime you.You can smoke weed, shoot up stop signs, litter beer cans and condoms on the side of the street, but god forbid a working guy owns a trailer or parks in front of his driveway. Also just a heads up, they’re not going to fix the shifting. They’re just going cover the cracks with caulk.I’m glad we’re ending our lease. Forget everybody that works here.
June 19 · Bobby.J 2They towed me twice trying to visit a family member that lives here. Ridiculous, they towed us for parking in the guest parking and said we need to register to park which they had no sign. & put it up after I got towed. I wouldn't recommend coming to visit friends or family that live here. I saw someone get towed right from there parking at there house just because the tire was a little bit off the drive way.
June 10 · Kaitlyn RamirezThanks for trying to tow my trailer while I was away from home. Thankfully someone just happened to look through the window. Next time, consider knocking on our door or giving us a call.
April 21 · AJ HernandezNEWEST UPDATETHERE WAS A BABYSHOWER IN THE MAIN OFFICE AREA SO ALL THE PARKING WAS TAKEN. NO PARKING FOR PPL THAT WANT TO POOL OR USE THE GYM. 30+ CARS.The houses are made cheaply and quickly theres already cracks forming everywhere on the ceiling and the shower was made poorly. Pipe busted under the house and they had to come fix it. Idk if theres mold or not.Management is nice but short staffed. Prices in water have rised. Processes are not very smooth. Calm neighborhood foe the most part, but you do have ppl who drive in and out for what reason idk. A car did get stolen in the neighborhood. My neighbors are great overall.
June 22 · Fabiola MartinezKris and the staff were extremely helpful in getting my wife and I our first home. Very hospitable staff and a family friendly neighborhood. When signing and closing every rule was made known to us so there was no confusion in the future. The common issue I find in these worse reviews is that the neighborhood isn’t “family friendly” which is highly inaccurate. With a community gym and pool being built, well kept properties, updating three car driveways, and a hospitable staff, this manufactured home community is about as family friendly as you can get.
