Sep 09, 2023 · Susan BinghamThis is a very clean and quiet mobile home park. NOT A TRAILER PARK
Apr 04, 2025 · Bryan SmithsonI don't live here. Just visited to see a friend and pick up some tree saplings from him. The complex looked like it was nicely taken care of, and all of the homes did too. The property was very clean and tidy. I would have no issues, based on my first and brief visit, living here. I have no experience with the management or other residents, my review is purely based off of one visit to one person's residence.
Apr 06, 2024 · Nicholas PriceI love the strict rules. They are easy to follow and maintains a great place to live. Always clean and close to town. In my opinion, if you need to live in a mobile home park, this the best place to live. You're able to see some of the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises.
May 09, 2019 · Robin GrossmannWorst choice of my life moving here. They are discriminatory against my age and biracial children so if you are young, a person of color, or a person with children or grandchildren of color don’t move here. Your neighbors spy on you and watch your every move and report anything they find “suspicious”. Constantly being knit picked. The owner is foul and will cuss you the moment he doesn’t get his way or you stick up for yourself. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
