Sunrise Village Reviews
I have lived in this park for over 10 years total it is better than it was but its going back down hill fast and on top of that they raised the rent over 100.00 for 2025 with no improvements in the park. If I could afford to live somewhere else I so would but no one can afford what they are doing to the below income people now. I have asked over and over for the people next door to me to clean up their place it looks like a city dump. But I get nothing but let me have something like limbs or debris set out and I would get a warning in a heart beat. it has happened. Its not that I dont like the staff in the office I do but things need to change.

May 20, 2025 · Jessica WhiteThey increase rent with little to no repairs or improvements pick and choose who they violate and who they turn a blind eye to
Mar 15, 2025 · JMoved here, they promised to fix my place right when I moved in, took them so many weeks to even put flooring in, my window was leaking and had been leaking before I even moved in which caused mold and my newborn got sick two nights within being there and was in the hospital. Then my back bathrooms toilet was left off in the shower... so it was a non working bathroom... which the door was even off and I have a 1 year old who runs around... there was nails and tools laying all around that I was told not to touch. They are liars and just want to take people's money, I refused to pay them if they didn't want to fix my place, I paid 1200 and the lady told me that money was to help fix it. I took this to court and they evicted me and didn't give me any notices!!!! Except for the final notice!!If you want to live like your trash, then this is the place. Karma is a *****.It's dangerous here also, I had people following me while trying to go back into my house, I had to always carry my pepper spray, the laundry area is pitch black, there is always fighting and guns shooting, and loud music, and cars flying down the roads... not suitable for kids at all!!!They should be reported!!
