Sunrise Village Mobile Home & RV Park Reviews
This place has changed for the best. I have been living here for 8 1/2 years. It's way cleaner than it was before, quieter, feels safer too. Management is better, Jessica actually hears your needs. No more unruly people or homeless jumping fences. There have been big improvements and they are working on more. It's a lot friendlier place to live at then it used to be.

We are fortunate to call this revitalized neighborhood home.
May 07, 2025 · Souza SmithAlmost a year and a half ago, I moved into this mobile home park. Initially, it was out of necessity. I needed a place that would accept my dogs and, more importantly, was close to my daughter, who had just had a baby – I'm only about a mile away. I started in a studio, since we only planned to stay few months. To be honest, I was worried. This park had a reputation; it was known as the worst park in Modesto. My first impression wasn't great – garbage was everywhere, people who didn’t live in the park were hanging around the entrance, their was loose chickens everywhere and it just didn't look safe. However, the transformation I've witnessed since then has been remarkable. The park is significantly cleaner now; the days of trash piling up in front of homes are gone. Management has become incredibly proactive. Christy and Jessica are constantly patrolling and addressing any issues with people who don't belong, which has made a huge difference in creating a safer environment. Maintenance is absolutely awesome and fixes almost any problem the same day. The whole office crew is also excellent at communicating; they keep residents informed about any issues that may arise. All of the park staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Guarantee you will always be able to walk around a find someone that works here if you have a problem! They work together seamlessly.Beyond the physical improvements, the entire atmosphere of the park has changed. It's become a genuine community. Everyone knows each other, and you rarely see people walking through who don't live here. If you don't recognize someone, it's easy to find out who they are. This sense of community was really solidified by a family day they held last summer. They organized hotdogs, waterslides, and games, which gave parents a chance to connect and realize that the park was safe for their kids to play outside. I noticed a significant positive change in the park's social dynamic after that event, with more kids playing and residents being much friendlier. In fact, the improvements were so significant that, a few months after moving into the studio, my family and I felt confident enough to purchase a mobile home here. It's hard to believe this is the same place it was less than two years ago. I can now walk to the store at midnight without feeling unsafe. Kids are out playing, and there's a real sense of community. I truly appreciate the peace of mind, the strong community vibe, and the fact that I now live in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
May 16, 2025 · Joseph OntiverosI give them 3 stars because I understand you want to have good people living there and have it clean and not have people that may create conflicts but there should maybe be some exceptions for special cases. For example, disabled people with low credit like our family.I liked this place to live because I see that they are making changes to the place. It looks much cleaner and it also has plenty of space for what ever type of home you have. You have space for the kids to play and BBQ. It's to bad we were not accepted. It's not that we can't pay because we don't have enough money. the reason is the credit check, the credit was too low. With my husband being disabled for 12 years and then pandemic hit we fell behind on some payments resulting on low credit. And NO we are not bad people, I'm saying this because when we say we have low credit people assume we are good for nothing type of people that goes around causing problems.
Mar 11, 2025 · Rosa GaminoIn the 3 years I've been here, this place has come very far in updating for the goal of a better community. Anytime I have had an issue or a problem it has been dealt with in a timely fashion or an explanation on if it has to take more than 1 day to resolve.I can't wait to see the future plans of growth as a company and as a community.
