Sunrise Mobile Court Reviews
Do not come live here!! False violations sent to everyone in the park and if you post complaints the park manger deletes them whenever she chooses. The empty trailers are run down, weeds growing and debris around the trailers. Make mandatory meetings and change the dates 3 different times, and you make arrangements at work to have one of the days off only to find out its been canceled. Then harasses ya for not going to meeting. A single renter will pay as much as a family here for the water bill, and if theres water leaks at a main or empty trailer you will pay for that as well. Park managers dog got loose several times but God forbid if you have to go to the bathroom and your not outside the whole time with your dog even though its tied up, she will threaten you. For 2 yrs I lived next to a couple who would fight and break windows and car windows and breaking things in their trailer but if I complain I get told on message"I must not like being an adult". Groundhog for 3 yrs damaging my skirting and burrowing a den under my trailer, just was taken care of (thank you). I could go on but if I were you, i wouldn't advise it. Oh and if you buy a trailer here you cant move it, thats my biggest mistake!!
Jun 01, 2025 · WhodatgirlThis place is awful! From older reviews on here ive seen that the old manger was terrible. The manger seems to be just as bad as the old one basing on the reviews and when I talked her in person a bout a trailer. Ive walked around this trailer court before looking at a trailer I was interested in and I seen the rules of this place and the trailer I was interested went against the property rules (Meaning this place was riddled with holes and when asked about it she said those had to fixed by the owner of the trailer) Other things I seen in this trailer court are dogs out running around ( when I asked about pets she said they had be on a leash) Then I asked about how utilities are paid/dealt with. The manager told me that its divided by each per trailer (utilities) Some of the trailers are run down and are rotting with mold on the roof/windows. some of the lawns have trash all around and never get cleaned up. Ive been by there multiple times and still nothing has been done. 1 building there is complete run down (I dont know whats for) its all bored-ed up with rotting wood and the roof is all rotted out with tarp on top. It is a real Eye sore to look every time I drive by.When I drove by 1 time I seen a guy driving around a lawn mower while drinking beer and he defiantly looked completely smashed.and ive this probably handful of times now from this person. I drive by this place daily ( work near by) I thought this place would be a good location to live. HA I was wrong. This place is awful. I would not recommend this to my worst foe.
Jan 31, 2025 · ballsTerrible management. The lady creeped through my yard at night looking in windows. Her daughter facebook stalked and harassed me. They spread nasty rumors around. She even had my car vandalized. Its like one of those small towns where you fart and everyone hears about it. Terrible homes. They werent kept up to code. All Yards flood. No salt in the winter times. Power occasionally went out. terrrrible issues with robberys from the place across the street. And to add it all up. Riddled with drug addicts. Until new management i dont recommend at all. Was my first home. The landlord got involved in my relationships. She wouldnt let my fiancé move in with me. Just a mess of nonsense there. She needs some prayers. 🤣
Jan 07, 2020 · Rocky ThompsonThis place is a horrible place to live. I went to visit my brother and was shocked at how much he was paying for a dirty broken down trailor. The day i went to visit a very large woman was in the middle of the road through the park. I waited for her to move for a moment then when she didnt I went around her. Next thing i know an older lady is at the door to my brothers trailor degrading him like a child. She then turned to me and started yelling at me for speeding. I said no. i was waiting for the person to move. She is out right disrespectful to other adults. After that i offered to let my brother live at my house. I knew he would have problems with this tyranical woman. And it only took a few months of her consant harassment for him to thankfully decide to move out.I am glad he made the choice to leave because I couldnt tolerate seeing her or hearing her belittle him any longer. I also could barely visit in the winter time because they dont keep the road plowed or spaces clear to park.NEVER LIVE HERE trust me. Shes a hysterical delusional and intrusive landlord.
May 01, 2019 · IntegrityThe place is okay location wise. The rent isn't bad. My issue with the place is the grounds aren't well kept. It kind of looks like a hillbilly run down court where you would find well hillbilly people. There isn't but that's what it looks like.
