Sunnyside Mobile Home Park Reviews
Absolutely adore management and the rest of the team, and I'm not biased just because I'm married to the maintenance man 🙏🥹 Chris (owner) is a sweetheart and his wife is such a kind soul too. I've loved living here for the past few years and hope to do so for many more years to come. They strive to make it a better place to be every single day and I appreciate them all so much for it. 🙏🙏🙌
Aug 04, 2023 · Krystal BrewerNot a bad place. If you got kids there's many on the block n so sweet. It's a mobil home park so the neighbors are either keep to themselves, friendly or stay away. The ones with kids are friendly. They even watch out for everyone even the stay to themselves if something happens or help out one another if needed. The maintenance guy is amazing. Call him for anything. Hell, I called him to kill a wasp. Im allergic. Hes so nice. Management is nice too. She's helpful. Her brother is the owner n he was a doll when we moved in from NJ. Apparently, if you dont pay rent on time or are behind then... maintenance man isn't so helpful and neither is the owner n management. I've never missed a payment so it's only what I've heard. Everything I've called to get fixed has been fixed. My only complaint is the road does flood out. Other then that it's a good starter place. Rents not crazy. It's 1000xs cheaper then NJ. The inside has all been redone. Outside painted. My roof got redone due to hurricane last year. So its looks beautiful inside and like a home. It's not a trashy place. It's only trashy if you make it so. Oh, and they're pet friendly!
