Sunnybrook Courts Reviews
The owner Tom DeHart, lied to me and said he had mailed out my deposit on May 12th. Im in the same state 3 hrs away, should've gotten it by now. He has my correct address. Probably didn't even mail it. The house I rented from him was in serious disrepair as well, needed easily 100 grand in work to be good. Had a pipe burst a week after living there. Was at first told I'd be responsible for it. All the pipes in the basement were original and rusted and needed replaced. They redneck replaced/fixed the one that was leaking. There was water damage upstairs on the kitchen floor. There was a hole in the bathroom door and one in the wall going downstairs when I moved in. No dishwasher. Needs updated. They wanted $285000 for that house. Hilarious asking price! The realtor is a joke too, real piece of work! Good luck to anyone who deals with these people from here on out.
