Sunday Morning RV Park Reviews
We stayed in one of the cabins. Interior was clean, well supplied, and everything just worked. We booked this off airbnb and stayed 3 nights. I will say that there is a cardinal that shows up every morning like clockwork. This leaves me to my only negative to say about this place. The bird leaves "evidence " on the outdoor furniture and your car every day. ;) Seems to like the woods side of the car the most when you park. The location is excellent for access to the water, literally 1/4 mile or less from the Devils step boat launch. If you are interested in historic destinations then you are in luck because there are many things to see if the lake isn't your cup of tea. You are about an hour from Huntsville, AL and Chattanooga, TN so other options are unlimited.
Apr 18, 2021 · Gregg HicksWe were passing through the area driving from VA to Washington state and needed a last minute place to stay, I found this park online after desperately searching for a spot after 4pm as the local state parks weren’t allowing reservations for that night, we were having RV issues and had to stop. This gentleman answered right off and was extremely gracious and welcomed us in. Was a blessing! The power and water hook ups were there and it was quiet and safe. Saw a herd of deer. Like a little neighborhood. The folks around us were friendly as well.
