May 12, 2025 · Dana Crawfordthe park is pretty nice & well maintained; however recently the exit gate on Sun City Blvd was broken for about 2 weeks. I don't understand why it took so long to get it fixed. it was a safety issue for this senior park. Small dogs are allowed, however they are not allowed to be on common property, not even for short walks. The managers here are rude & unhelpful. They won't answer any questions about any of the park billed utilities & no one from the billing company will get back to you. Still a nice park, nice neighbors.Update! As of this past summer park has a new manager. She's pretty nice., polite. Park owner did a lovely thing for Christmas & had Christmas lunch catered for the residents. That was cool.
