They're an excellent place to rent from, and I never had any problems in the year that I stayed with them.The unit I lived in was off of Davis Road, in Shelby, NC, but they own and operate a lot of mobile home parks. I stayed with them for a year with no problems, gave them a forwarding address, and received my deposit back in full approximately 3 weeks after I moved out.10/10.
