May 24, 2022 · Katie TruongAt first glance I noticed Stonegate was clean. Very surprising based on how close they are to the high school. Javier(Manager) is friendly and easy to talk to. Application process is painless. Expect $200 non-refundable per dog. I'm a contractor and that's very low considering the damage a dog can do. The maintenance man(Billy)there is knowledgeable. I've personally known him over 30 years. Hopefully we can start moving in next week.
