I have lived here for going on a year now and I absolutely love it ! Stephanie is so understanding and keeps this place clean and in order! I have amazing neighbors and have made life long friendships. Maintenance stays up on needs and it’s easy to get ahold of someone anytime! I highly suggest this neighborhood for any one or age! LOTS of kids and memories have already been made in the last year. Looking forward to many more years to come (: did I mention my kitchen and bathroom are too die for (:

Her name is Stephanie and drives around in a SUV. Her reply is they will get to it when they feel like it. There 2 years and nothing has been addressed. Mold, soft floors, heat and ac doesn't work, skunks love under the units. Place should be condemned
