A good place to live. The security officer inspects every night. It's quiet and centrally located. The office is strict about maintaining the lot they rent for your home but that helps to keep the community looking good.

Stonegate is centrally located & has natural gas for each home which so many places do not have. Each homesite has a driveway w/2 parking places for their use only. Bus stops are right outside the community. In light of how affordable housing has become almost impossible to get in Austin, Stonegate offers a safe place where you own your own home & rent the ground your home is on. We are grateful to have this community and love living here !!!!

The office is very strict with the community about maintenance but they don’t keep up with this issue at all. There is also no parking for guests.
Nov 20, 2024 · Valerie MillerVery disrespected with our time.Kenny, the Regional Manager scheduled an appointment for us do to a request for guidance of moving our home into their community.Everything was scheduled andthe manager Laura, knew we were traveling from out of state.She informed us that she has a lot available to lease and invited us to tour the property yesterday.This morning Laura called us to inquire if we had a chance to see and visit the property and she wanted to confirm our appointment time with her.Upon arrival, in her office, she asked us if we liked the property and our response was Yes we are interested!!!.Immediately after our answer she informed us that the property has an approval and she is just waiting for the customers response.This was just unbelievable. She waited to even mention that the lot had a application already turned in for it 3 to 5 days ago.How can anyone justify the action of the manager?? We were Very disappointed!!!Sheri and Luis
