Services Offered

Based on the provided public feedback, specific details regarding the services offered at Stoker Terrace Mobile Home Park are not explicitly outlined in a positive light. In typical mobile home communities, residents commonly expect certain fundamental services and infrastructure to be provided as part of their lot rent. These generally include:

  • Lot Rental and Basic Utilities: Residents usually own their manufactured homes but lease the land (lot) it occupies. This lease often includes access to essential utilities like water and sewer connections.
  • Road Maintenance: The management of a mobile home park is typically responsible for the upkeep of internal roads within the community, ensuring safe passage.
  • Common Area Maintenance: Landscaping and general maintenance of shared spaces within the park are usually managed by the property owners to maintain overall appearance.
  • Waste Management: Convenient trash collection services are often provided to residents.

However, the provided customer reviews raise serious concerns regarding the actual state of maintenance and the quality of living conditions within the park, particularly concerning structural integrity and health hazards within the units themselves. The feedback explicitly mentions issues such as "black mold underneath the floor," "rotted walls," "floors... falling in," and "maintenance half ass does work." This suggests that, irrespective of what services are theoretically offered, the practical execution and responsiveness to critical maintenance needs may be significantly deficient, directly impacting the residents' living experience. Prospective residents should therefore approach inquiries about services with a focus on their actual implementation and the responsiveness of management to critical repairs.
