The guy who is regional manager (ANTHONY IS HIS NAME) doesn’t do his job. All he does is pamper and go around and do NOTHING. I bought a manufactured home cash a year ago on May 2024 and they still haven’t come here to fix it. Manufactured brand new homes here all of them have black mold and this is a garbage community. All mobile homes are oldest and garbage. Lot so expensive for the community. I live in Sterling Drive W one of the brand new manufactured homes, stop at my house and I show the proof for all the garbage those people sales to me and rent in this community

It just seems like it is a game to me from the office. I started out asking 4,000.00 and then marked it for 3,000.00 thousand and it just feels like they want to sell it themselves. I just don't understand what is going on with it. You would think that out of about 10 people, someone would get approved by now. I have paid 6 months of the lot rent and cannot afford to keep on paying. The home does need some minor repairs but it is liveable. It is a 2 bedroom &1 bathroom, it comes with a carport and a shed with a washer and dryer hook up, and you can park 2 vehicles in the driveway.
