Stepping Stone Mobile Home Community, like many well-established parks, offers a range of services and amenities designed to support comfortable living for its residents. Based on publicly available information from SG Communities, the management aims to provide facilities that enhance the community experience. While specific details on day-to-day services like trash collection or utility management are best confirmed directly with the current park management, some notable community amenities that have been advertised include:
- Basketball Court: Providing a recreational space for residents of all ages to enjoy outdoor activity and exercise.
- Picnic Area: Offering a designated outdoor space for residents to gather, socialize, and enjoy meals in a communal setting.
- Playground: A valuable amenity for families with children, providing a safe and engaging area for play.
- Storm Shelter: A critical safety feature, especially in a region prone to severe weather, offering peace of mind to residents during storms.
It's important to note that while these amenities are advertised, the experience with management and maintenance, as reflected in some customer reviews, can vary. One review highlighted significant issues with living conditions, including black mold and non-functional utilities, and concerns about lease changes without notice. Another review mentioned a difficult transition with new management regarding rent and eviction processes. While these indicate areas of concern, the presence of planned amenities like a storm shelter points to efforts to provide foundational services for residents' safety and enjoyment. Prospective residents should inquire directly about current conditions, maintenance schedules, and management policies to ensure they have a full understanding of the services provided and the community's commitment to upkeep.

Stepping Stone Mobile Home Community Reviews
I'm only giving 2 stars because my late husband and I lived there from 2020 to 2022 and we had good neighbors and not so good neighbors.Right after I witnessed losing my husband drown May29th 2022 the day after his body was retrieved May 30th 2022. Then after his viewing I find out they were evicting me cause they were under new management to a woman she wasnt nice at all the guy before her was and I was told by my late husband that we had rent caught up was told we didnt by the new management she didnt care at all said come up with certain amount or vacate( instead of saying you can make payments and keep your place )That was a nightmare. It was a good place to be at kiddos and I enjoyed being there oh well. Now too costly
Jan 17, 2025 · Mary FrazierThe community itself is not bad but the living conditions are horrible. I've lived here for over a year and a half here and my home is full of black mold the air and heat has never worked the floors are caving in ohh yea and there is no water since the ice storm every trailer here has black mold and management will change your lease without notice. Way too much to be wasting on such trash and what about the kids and all the mold they inhale? Think about that this is a dangerous place to live if u have kids or older people. Most of the people are great but we are all paying to live in mold that can kill us.
Feb 06, 2024 · Dean WelterThe property Manager Heather has been one of the best I have ever dealt with. Not only does she do everything in her power to fix any problems or issues. She is always kind and curiosities, when she talks to you, when she talks to you and makes you feel like a valid person.
Apr 18, 2023 · Angela SummersNeighbors were good puerile but the landlords awful. When they changed management they ditched me and my kiddos lying about rent etc. Screwed me in the long run when I lost my husband due to drowning they didn't even try to work with me.Don't ever go through this place. Not worth it or the money
Oct 03, 2023 · Mary FrazierI do enjoy living here, the property management is super helpful at all times! There of course can be improvements but I’m hopeful that with the new ownership and management that the changes will happen!
