Starlight Mobile Home Park Reviews
The double standards of this park are becoming a problem. Getting notices to remove your cans from the street after it’s already been done, and as I speak people still have cans out just a few doors down from the office.People park their cars ALL weekend on the street, sometimes 3 cars in a row. People parking along what’s supposed to be a designated fire lane all day and night.Having random people coming through the park, casing homes and cars and literally looking into peoples windows. I’ve had all of my solar lights stolen from my lawn. Found a used meth pipe behind our home right next to our fence. The only guest parking is all the way in the front of the park and half of those spaces are reserved. Plus you need to have a pass to park in guest and all the cars I always see have no pass showing. All the meanwhile rent goes up every year. Some of the tenants here would actually save money by renting an apartment rather than having the home they own on a pile of dirt and some concrete and paying upwards of 1500 dollars for JUST lot rent, not even including ANY utilities.Oh and the park sits on top of contaminated ground from the plant nearby having cancer causing chemicals leaking into the dirt for decades, (look it up) and yet rent keeps going up? Seriously? The company running this place should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for charging that much for filthy ground.I’m really surprised that a lawsuit hasn’t been started against the company “running” this park, but one really needs to be.
Sep 15, 2024 · Holly TaylorThe new manager has been such a blessing to this park. She enforces rules and makes sure things stay up to date around here. She takes care of problems promptly and just overall makes me feel 1000% safe with her as the manager. I just love knowing she is around to keep things safe. Thank you to our wonderful manager for everything that she does!!!
Nov 14, 2019 · Tori BlaisI lived here for a good while with some family, They have a good pool and hottub. And management is pretty good. Also there is a good pizza place in front of the entrance (Pizzas pretty good 👍) all the Neighbors are pretty chill. Kids are active in the park, but they are careful!
Jan 23, 2023 · Alexanderthe new manager in starlight mobile home park. Is very rude and is always trying to find a way to ruin your privacy and freedom. All of the unnecessary rules she gives out. She takes pictures of me and my car for parking on my property in the space that I own. It is not fair. Sometimes I feel harassed because she wants everything to be done as soon as you're told. If you don't do as you're told she will take pictures and tell not even give you five min to do what she told you to do. She ignores you when you're trying to communicate with her on the action she was taking. I have been trying to get ahold of the owner of the mobile home park. I feel like I am not the only one who feels this way. I feel like I live in a prison and I have to be aware of everything that I am doing or else she will come driving around in her golf cart trying to figure out a way to piss you off after a long stressful day at work. Coming home should be a relaxing feeling and stressfree but instead, I come home to her constant nagging and creating problems with all her residents.
Apr 12, 2019 · Rosemaggie AlbaveraI lived here from 1975 to 1985. It does seem to have gone downhill considerably. Drove by there last month and it looks worse than when I left. Lots of great memories. Magnolia Elementary is where I did 1st to 6th grade. Near freeway access. Good location for commuting. I hear the rent is crazy.
