Conclusion: Why this place is suitable for locals
For North Carolina residents, particularly those in the Kinston area, Stanley's Mobile Home Park represents a specific type of housing option that might align with certain lifestyle or financial needs. The suitability of any mobile home park largely depends on an individual's priorities and preferences regarding community rules, management style, and living arrangements.
One of the primary reasons a mobile home park might be suitable for locals is the potential for more affordable living. In many areas, lot rental in a mobile home park can be a more economical alternative to renting an apartment or owning a traditional house, especially for those who already own their mobile or manufactured home. This affordability can free up financial resources for other needs or provide an entry point into homeownership for those with limited budgets. Its location within Kinston ensures that residents have access to the city's amenities and services, reducing commute times for work, shopping, and healthcare.
However, it's crucial for prospective residents to conduct thorough due diligence. Public reviews highlight significant concerns regarding management's professionalism, communication, and discriminatory practices, particularly concerning marital status and the application process. Terms like "very judgmental & rude," "not caring," "unprofessional," and "discriminate" are serious allegations that potential residents must consider carefully. The statement "Don’t quite understand, how you do everything they require of you, just to still be turned around" suggests potential inconsistencies or unclear criteria in their application process. Furthermore, the comment about "unmarried couples living in there mobile homes and taring them up" followed by a self-identification as "Christians" points to a potentially discriminatory policy based on marital status, which could be a significant deterrent and raise legal concerns for many.
Therefore, while the concept of mobile home park living offers certain advantages, the public feedback strongly suggests that potential residents should approach Stanley's Mobile Home Park with caution. It is highly advisable to visit the park in person, if possible, speak with current residents, and thoroughly clarify all application requirements, community rules, and management policies before committing. For locals prioritizing a welcoming, non-discriminatory, and professionally managed community, it is essential to ensure that Stanley's Mobile Home Park aligns with these expectations and provides a comfortable living environment that respects all residents, regardless of their marital status or other personal circumstances. The phone numbers provided, (252) 527-6546 and +1 252-527-6546, can be used to directly inquire about their policies and community guidelines.

Stanley's Mobile Home Park Reviews
I suppose Mrs. Stanley & her husband, are the owners of this place. Mrs, Stanley is very judgmental & rude. More so rude & not caring, if anything. Don’t quite understand, how you do everything they require of you, just to still be turned around. It’s like they don’t want the money, but if you have an opening & surely the parent qualifies, then WHY NOT? it’s okay though. It only means, God has something BETTER in store for me. One monkey don’t stop no show. She could of been a lot more pleasant then what she was. I would never advise anyone to go to her for anything!
May 01, 2023 · Arphina PettiwayVery unprofessional! They discriminate. If you're a couple, and not married, don't even waste your time trying to rent from them. Talking bout they had problems in the pass with unmarried couples living in there mobile homes and taring them up. Hell, married people do that to,sometimes worse than single couples, but you wanna walk around and call yallselves Christians.
Sep 03, 2024 · Mary CamellI was at first very excited after talking with someone about a lot and pricing despite the unprofessional manner of the lady i was speaking with over the phone , i was fixing to get together refrences and was ready to drive over and make a deposit on a lot. I was told they once had "a white" there before and it seemed like she was hinting if i felt that be a problem ,firstly how could she asuume im"A white" just by the sound of my voice? And why does that matter?? , i assured her i dont discriminate and am i quiet, good, easygoing person, then made a joke about how i know how it felt to be discriminated agaisnt since im a white lesbian in enc. Well then i was immediately discriminated agaisnt and said they had problems renting to a "lesbian " before and it would be a problem , i again said well that wasnt me , im pretty quiet work all the time am a single mom, she continued to judge me and say yeah she just didnt know and id have to talk to the manager and he probally wouldnt be ok with that. So yeah well your loss ill take my money and roll down the road. Cant belive ppl running a buisness would act like this!!
