Stanley Mobile Home Park Introduce
For individuals and families exploring housing options on Virginia's picturesque Eastern Shore, Stanley Mobile Home Park in Exmore, VA, offers a specific type of residential community. This means residents lease a designated space (lot) within the community for their home, while they are responsible for the maintenance and ownership of the home itself. Based on typical operations of such communities and available feedback, the services would generally include:

Residents would then typically connect their homes to these hookups and pay for their individual usage.
- Grounds Maintenance (Varying): While there are concerns about the condition of roads and driveways, the management is generally responsible for the upkeep of common areas within the park. Recent comments about "improved" conditions suggest ongoing efforts in this regard.

Stanley Mobile Home Park Reviews
Never lived there just visit but just think that the grounds/property needs to be taken care of much better than what it is. The roads in there could be much better kept and the driveways to the properties that are rented. Holes are big deep muddy holes and roads are very uneven (bumpy) roads.
