Spring Harbor MHC Reviews
I have been associated with this park since 2011. My step dad and I were the maintenance guys, got the water house running correctly, we did the trash service every week for many years. We did lawn care out here off and on. So as you can imagine I have seen a lot dealt with a lot and all kinds of people we have seen it all. I have to say in the last several years this park looks amazing nice to see it completely full of homes. When Brittany left and she hired her sister Heather for the management position she was on top of things in this park she was getting it looking nice lots of work done to the landscaping and multiple new trailers were brought in. I had been asking about doing maintenance out here and she kept telling me her boss wouldn't approve for it yet. We spoke multiple times on multiple different occasions. She promised me once she got the green light to hire one I would be the first to know. And I did do a lot for her such as handing out violations, 7 day notice or just a community letter she always called me asking me to pass them out and I would. She said she would take me to lunch s couple times for helping her for over a year with no payment in return. And then she decided to hire someone else that had only lived in here for maybe 6 months. I asked her why she lied to me and blamed it on her boss. They didn't even accept but one application and hired the one applicant. That say wrong with me she straight lied to me. Then there was almost an everyday occurrence that you could almost bet that she was not in the office on time ever she would sometimes show up at noon said she had personal issues and then would leave between 2 and 3 and call me and ask me to show houses out here for her cause she forgot about it, no you left early and didn't care obviously. Then the neighbors had a raw sewage leak for 2-3 weeks maybe longer I would bring it to her attention every day cause it made my yard a sheet of ice and I kept falling on the ice when I took my dog out. When I was cleaning up my dogs poop or what I thought was dog poo I realized I was picking up human poop. When I told her she said I was crazy so I opened the skirting on the house and discovered that both clean out caps were left off from previous company that tried fixing the sewage drain. She got made left never came back and the whole time I told them it was froze up I could unthaw it in less than 15 minutes I offered to put caps back on she refused left it like that for couple more weeks so I decided to go over her head and they had a company out the next morning. But she said I stuck my nose where it doesn't belong. Im sorry if you was dealing with falling on ice every time I took your dog out or cleaning human waist out of my yard I'm pretty sure it is my business cause it's a hazardous situation. And sad thing is they could not suck all the sewage up cause lot was froze to ground and they have ppl living in it and that could lead to serious health issues to the new tenants there. They seem to half ass things just to fix the issues for the time being instead of permanent fix. Im still hoping to get in maintenance being they have him as manager and maintenance that's going to be rough on him. Hopefully the park rules that ppl are breaking they will start violating for parents letting there kids risk around the park vandalizing it and then it might stop. And also the lawn care company doesn't even mow the yards they should. Heck they mowed the wrong yard then trying to make her pay come on now. Hope to see change in here for the better.
Jun 07, 2025 · Rolland CoppesHeather was always in the office when I got home from work. She is always helpful and answer's all my family's questions and concerns. She was always at work on time and also answered the phone when I or my mom and dad needed to ask her if there was anything that we needed to do, if there was anything new done to the park or even if it was just a hi. My family loved how she did things for all the family's for the holidays like for Christmas, Halloween, Easter ect... So I'm giving 5 stars for her but doubt I would give anyone else 5 stars because she always respected families and did her job very well, but as far as things r now that she no longer works in the office I won't be giving 5 stars so anyone but her.
