Spring City RV & Mobile Home Prk Reviews
I would not recommend this place to anybody new. I resided here for about 2 years and it is by far one of the most dysfunctional parks i’ve ever seen. The property manager Rusty can be rude at times and is EXTREMELY nosey. They would drive by our rv slowly and look into windows. It’s very disappointing to see such a beautiful place ran by such a poor company. Shame on you spring city, do better.
May 15, 2025 · HannahLiving in this trailer park is equivalent to living under an HOA virtually would never recommend living there at all yes rent was reasonable at the time but knowing it was getting ready to go up again in January when asked how much they wanted to say when asked for a list of rules and regulations of the park and what you can and cannot do multiple times I've asked for it never once received it not to mention the fact of hearing the neighbors surround sound which is good approximately 80 ft from my camper I could hear their surround sound inside of mine but yet nothing was said to them if you make any sort of noise do you have your neighbors calling and complaining Holly don't recommend living here the place is a s*** hole do you have no room at all there's no parking of any kind if you're in a camper same the hookups for the sewer need improvement dramatically they pick and choose with who gets away with what in there very highly recommend not ever running from this place again
Sep 24, 2024 · southern autoAs for Rusty, you need to get a lawyer. We already have ours. Tell the corporate office that not only you, but the park is getting a lawsuit on it as well. You know it's not right to harass a woman when her husbands away at work. And harraing our child as well. You don't deserve the job nor the power that the people who hired you gave to you.
Jan 02, 2024 · Cosey ButlerCame for the wifi and it doesn't work. Spots are tight not much yard at all. Trees overgrown rubbing on camper to get it in a spot and can't use awning because of more trees. Lots of dog poop not cleaned up should be a $20 night stay not pleased at all.
Aug 16, 2023 · mike krappA nice, safe, peaceful place to live. Chris and Rusty do so much to maintain the park. Couldn’t ask for a better, affordable, neighborhood for my family
