Sparky's Mobile Home & RV Park Reviews
Sparky’s is run by Ed and Caroline Sparks. They are two of the best people I’ve ever met. Ms. Caroline runs a tight ship and makes sure your stay at Sparky’s is going to be exactly what you are wanting, a quiet, peaceful, homey oasis where you can retreat after a hard days work. The park is always nice and clean and the Sparks will help you with anything you need. They go above and beyond good customer service. They treat you like family.
Feb 24, 2024 · Jeff FreshourI was really excited when I first found this place, however I was taken aback how there were so many spots available. I later knew and experienced why. The price is affordable, the grounds are kept, but sadly your peace diminishes by the day. As an on time paying customer, someone that works extremely hard, the last thing I needed was my peace to be robbed on a daily basis. Caroline Sparks came across as a very helpful individual, a little over-bearing but I thought her intentions were well. After being there for several months, I noticed an insidious desire she displayed an over mothering the people that lived in the park. That turned into nitpicking every single thing, gossiping with neighbors, telling other peoples business and creating discord. Unjustifiable behavior that progressed over time. This certainly was not a place of peace, and it was clear to me why people don’t stay at this park for very long. Caroline comes across as a nice and helpful person until she’s not, and turns into a park dictator. Most of the residents work at the plant, and the last thing we need to come home to is a cackling mother hen who if she can’t lay her eggs, she becomes a tyrant. I would not recommend this park if you want peace. There’s a reason she has an ongoing reputation in the area where people will pass on renting spots from her.

Feb 09, 2025 · Christopher CalandraWe have a camper here, to be close to my parents when we visit. The management is very attentive, and keeps it well maintained. Roads are gravel. They have typical hook-ups. My dog loves to visit and go for walks in the open grassy areas that they have left between camper areas. There are a good number of trees and shrubs, as well as flowering vines covering the fence. Nice, quiet area.
