The Sparks Marina RV Park is an outstanding option for local Nevada RV travelers seeking a clean, convenient, and amenity-rich urban campground. What makes this park truly worth choosing is its ability to deliver an upscale RV experience. You receive the full convenience of a well-paved, full-hookup site with an escort service, combined with the resort amenities like a pool, hot tub, and modern clubhouse. This level of service and polish is not always common in the RV park industry.
The **unbeatable location** is the primary draw. Being able to walk to the beautiful Sparks Marina for outdoor recreation or easily access the shopping and dining at Legends offers an immense value that far surpasses a typical highway-side stop. The commitment to cleanliness and the provision of multiple, well-kept dog runs are also significant factors for pet owners, despite the strict rules in other areas.
While the sites may be considered "cramped" by some looking for wide, sprawling spaces, the trade-off is being centrally located in the Reno-Sparks metro area with resort-level facilities. If your priorities are security, immaculate cleanliness, full and reliable hookups (including 50-amp service), and easy access to both nature (the Marina) and retail/entertainment, then the Sparks Marina RV Park is arguably the top choice in the region.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- This was a very nice place to stay while visiting the Reno area. It is a bit cramped but we had no problem navigating and parking our 42 ft. Class A. There is an escort to your spot and I like that service. We didn't use any amenities but looked around the store and they had a nice selection of things. The ground were very tidy and clean. There is a rule about dogs only using the dog runs. I understand this to keep the area clean and we have stayed at campgrounds that have similar rules. This is the strictest park we have ever stayed in. For a two night stay this was tolerable for us and our dog but I wouldn't want to have to do it longer. We were lucky that we were right across from one of the dog runs. That is the reason for a 4 star rating versus 5. The dog run was good size and well kept. We would walk our dog down by the marina. - We loved our stay! All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. At check-in we were welcomed and guided into our spot which was very nice! We also have a dog and the dog parks were all kept clean. We will definitely be returning! August 11 · Lisa Straubinger
- “To Pee or Not to Pee, That is the Question!”We enjoyed the service we received and the brightly sanitary restrooms were quite impressive and always available. Great, free showers too, with plenty of hot water. These facilities (3 restrooms) were so clean, but underutilized.Grounds are well maintained and clean. Each lot has a small artificial turf area with a picnic table. Very nice, but it’s “a double edged sword.” Obviously, they do not want your dog peeing on these mats. But there is no grass area in the whole park including the 3 dog parks on the premises. Our dog did not pee for 2 days, even walking her to the vacant lot across the street. $50 is their fine for your dog peeing in the wrong place! We did enjoy our stay, eleven though we had to vigilantly keep an eye on our pet. They probably would do everyone better by forbidding guests with furry companions. April 15 · Carl Carlson
- Very nice park. Full hookups with tables at each site. Parking for vehicle is tight and on the road. Amenities are nice. They say they have free Wi-Fi but it does not work at our site. I called and left a message at the office with questions, but they never called me back. September 16 · Terri
- If you have a dog, you must protect your own dog. Some residents don't use leashes, and my dog was bitten and had to get seven stitches. There is no management. Secondly, this place is suitable for elderly people to live. If you speak a little louder at night, someone will knock on your door, which is very annoying. Please be cautious when choosing this place! Be cautious! Be cautious! July 29 · 徐腾腾
