Her unprofessional behavior left my agent surprised that someone with such a demeanor holds a position in management.If working in this role is causing unhappiness, it may be time for Teresa to consider a different career path. Customer-facing roles require professionalism, respect, and a welcoming attitude, which were all unfortunately lacking in this interaction. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues and fosters an environment of better customer relations in the future.

The park is kept very nice, especially for a mobile home park. Keeping it nice requires careful vetting of new residents, which involves a background check and a fiscal background check that takes up to 30 days to complete. Residents need a high enough credit score, have proof of three times their monthly housing expenses, and a relatively clean record. The downside of having a nice park is rules; the HOA and management team can be polarizing due to their need to enforce these rules to keep things nice. Management feels a bit understaffed at times due to there being over 400 homes in the community and the need to keep up the private electrical/gas/water/sewer systems for all 400+ homes. Management keeps an emergency pager for emergencies and always have answered non-emergency messages in a timely manner (within the next business day).

Had my car towed visiting a friend who just came out of surgery. I parked in front of her house since there was no red lines. In the span of 20 minutes I had my car towed supposedly for parking in a fire lane and had to pay $435 just to get my car back all due to their failure to provide appropriate directions for guests.
