Oct 15, 2024 · Ciara KirchnerGuy I dealt with name was Connor. Was real nice when I was moving in. They require you to pay on the 1st of each month. There was only 10 days left in the month so he charged me 200 for the remainder of the month. On the 1st they automatically debited my card for a months rent however on the 3rd I had changes with my job and was sent to Shreveport. I text Connor letting him know I was leaving and tried to call him several times over the next couple days to see about getting refunded some of my money (since I paid a month and was only there 3 days) but my text and calls were ignored. I travel all over working for about 10 years now and I've never had this problem anywhere else. This wasn't my first time visiting lake Charles and won't be the last. Will not be staying here when I return because of this.. Was also very loud at night with my neighbors partying until 12 or 1 most nights. That part didn't bother me to bad as I'm a hard sleeper but they did wake me up a few times. In the end I paid nearly $800 for the 13 days I was there. This happened roughly 2 weeks ago. Hope this review helps others.
