June 18 · Justina HarveyMy mother in law lives here. It isn't the worst. But it isn't the best either. There is a huge "lake" that forms when it rains hard and a lot, that fills the intersection near the mailboxes that are near the entrance. It has been this way for many years. There are a couple of neighbors who drive in and out blasting music at all hours.Overall, I guess I would say, it isn't horrible.***03/17/23 I saw a response in my notifications from Southwood Village but I can't find it in the post itself.I will definitely update this post after I see how the "lake" (or lack thereof lol 😊) looks the next time it rains. My mother in law doesn't want to complain about the cars music at this point. She said she doesn't want to start issues with her neighbors.Thank you Southwood Village for responding so quickly and for caring about your residents!***04/15/23 The "lake" is in fact still there. I happened to be there when it rained very hard recently. But I honestly don't know what you can do, if anything, about it. Mom is planning to move in the next few months anyway.I will say, that the weather has been nice the last few days and mom and her husband have been outside a lot. She has said it has been nice and quiet! Beautiful!!! No loud cars and no loud music. It has been wonderful she said!So I upped the rating from three stars to four. Well done!2-8-24The lakes are still in fact there and worse than ever. You should be honest about things if you are having a hard time fixing them. Instead of lying.Worst customer service I have ever had with your office staff as well this past year. Thanks for not calling back like you promised to let us know if you would accept the payment from DHS to get us caught up. You just sent the team to evict us instead. If your office staff is too scared to talk to people, and they are flat out lying to people about fixing the giant lakes that occur every single time it rains hard, maybe you should get new staff.Your whole operation is a joke.
February 08 · Corrin RodriguezTrashy place. Horrible people. Crime is horrendous. Even worse management. They drive up rent frequently. Vandalism, car theft, general theft, crime crime crime. Do not buy or rent here. Avoid at all costs. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
October 26 · Tara MCalm cool relaxed place to live or visit. It's a quiet and spacious complex with a nice size party room to reserve.
March 29 · Earl The Third at EA Productions LLCThe office secretary was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. This is a beautiful park.
