I live here. Across from the office. Not a bad place. Everyone is friendly enough. Maintenance is always doing something. Hard workers and very nice. We rarely have any drama. But the reason for only 3 stars is because we have 3 gates to go in and out. The back one is exit only, middle one has the keypad to enter. And the front one is the main entrance (open between 8 am to 5 pm). The middle gate is NEVER closed. Someone or something keeps busting it. They have had many people work on it only to break again. That entrance is off of Luther. Many homeless and stolen cars on Luther. It's been a very long time since we had to use our code to get in. So that is why the 3 stars.

The maintenance guys need to keep the property in better shape (I.e. cutting the grass, removing the weeds and keeping the grounds in better condition. The MH parks security doesn't do a good enough job. Don't know where their at half the time and their only here until midnight if at all.

We have called the park manager and everyone who we can get a hold of but nothing has been done for the past several months. I really feel bad for all the old sick and helpless people living around here because they are not able to get any peace and quiet time.The maintenance staff is also not available over the weekends so if something happens to your house such as a clogged drain pipe, you have to wait for the next business day.NO parking on the street's after 11PM everyday... Your car will get towed without any warning or notice after 11PM.I definitely do NOT recommend staying here at all.

I want too know if I can do something because the manager told me I can do that and they will respect that.. and they didn’t I’m so mad!
