The management was very accommodating about doing business remotely and accepting of the contact I had working on my behalf here in New York. They were in the midst of re-leveling the structure and hadn't finished when I arrived and there had been some debris I needed removed, but the debris is gone and I'm told the leveling will happen when the ground has dried sufficiently.
