Personally I hope it gets shut down by the city of Bemidji. The owner has had law suits brought against him by the city for not paying his water bill for the park. The city had mercy on the residents of the park had it been any other situation the water and garbage would have been shut off. I got a notice for have "grass" in a flower bed a tarp drying over my porch and small holes in my skirting.. Even though the managers trailer has grass in hers and is pieced together from scrap trailers. And run the water for a couple minutes before drinking or cooking with it....oh and the favoritism is outrageous some people can continuously break the lease not pay rent lots are covered in garbage and miscellaneous junk. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. It's not safe for children to play outside without constant adult supervision.

Jan 26, 2018 · JJ BuddNot good the new park ower thinks people are rich, wants people to move across the park at the residents expense, they want us to reapply after living here for four years and they keep losing titles and Bill of sale we gave them two copies and now it is missing again, and about three weeks ago we find a pink eviction paper in our mail box. So now we don't know if we should pay rent or if it's a trap to get us not to pay rent and boom we are bums that don't pay and she is legally kicking us out. I don't know but I feel like a stray dog in a chain that keeps getting kicked in the face.
