Skyline Village Manufactured Home Community strives to provide value to its Minnesota residents through a combination of its robust amenities, prime location, and a focus on community living, rather than solely through publicly advertised, short-term promotions. However, the community does highlight ongoing benefits that function as significant incentives for prospective residents.
One key "promotion" is the active sale and leasing of new and pre-owned homes directly within the community. This offers a diverse range of housing options, from more affordable smaller units to larger, newer manufactured homes, providing varied entry points into homeownership. The community's website explicitly mentions "Home Sale Promotions," indicating that specific deals on purchasing homes may be available directly through their sales office. This is a crucial incentive for those looking to make the dream of homeownership a reality.
Furthermore, the emphasis on being an all-age, pet-friendly community with numerous on-site amenities like a clubhouse, playground, and organized community events serves as a continuous "offer" of an enhanced lifestyle. These features contribute significantly to the quality of life, fostering a sense of belonging and providing recreational opportunities for families and individuals alike, without additional separate membership fees.
The availability of RV storage is another practical advantage, particularly for Minnesotans who own recreational vehicles but may not have space at their primary residence. While details on specific pricing for this service would need to be inquired about, its very existence is a valuable offering for a niche need.

Skyline Village Manufactured Home Community Reviews
We tried applying a month ahead to get moved in as same as the time we were gonna move out in a different location due to having opportunity to buy a trailer from owner to owner, but we applied never were. We updated on the application they needed more statements than Due to credit history. They didn’t get us approved, but it took a month for them to give us that notice lady named Melisa pretty rude trying to scream at you as if she’s the owner of the properties. They just play catch the ball between three of them. They are in the office never get back to you as soon as possible don’t really care. I would wish there would be people or staff that really take care of their jobs.I guess if your not buying a trailer from them but from someone in the park your not important enough to get a call back when you call their office 4 times all of witch someone answered and said I would be getting a call back in a few minutes. All I did was fill out an application and their lack of service makes me not want to move to their community I definitely would not purchase or rent directly from them and still to this point 15 days after still ask for more information to get approved
Jun 11, 2025 · jose seguraMy review of it at mobile home park pay the rent and hang. It’s a place to live. Enjoy my time there just treat the staff the way you wanna be treated. You be OK that’s kind of why that’s called a mobile home park you rent a lot
Feb 18, 2025 · Bruce DreyMost incompetent management possibly ever. If you care at all about your mental sanity please do not move here. Rent is almost at 900$ and will be raised every single year like clock work. And this is the only time you will ever hear from management. The door is always locked during business hours so if you need anything tough luck. Not to mention the water here is not safe to drink and consistently fails for radium levels. They pick and choose who and when to enforce the rules. Trying to move out is impossible and they will not communicate with you at all through out the process. Once you finally leave you will not get your deposit back either so kiss that goodbye if you choose to move here. I would never live here again even if you gave me a trailer here. Wish I could give -10/10. Scummy scummy place.
