★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1What a great location! The manager Tammy is absolutely fabulous! She is friendly, kind, and very helpful! Not to mention if there is anything you need she is very accessible and promptly gets back to you. We have been very pleased to have a beautiful, clean, quiet, place to call our home away from home! Salt Lake is a tough place to find a long term RV space for a big rig! We love it here! I highly recommend it!
July 07 · Lea WillerMy name is Shane, as a 2 yr former and possibly future resident my stay there was very comfortable. The grounds were constantly being improved and maintained. The management was very professional as well as available.Issues were dealt with almost immediately. The move in and move out was simple and they returned my deposit almost immediately.Excellent location for South valley .community and living
May 01 · Shane MorganBy far the least pleasant experience we’ve had in any campground, as well as most expensive. She has had no less than 7 visitors leases terminated (we were informed by neighbors), gossips about previous guests, knocks on doors at any hour. We are both professional adults under the age of 30 and evidently we are not appealing tenants due to that. She lied to us about previous tenant information, painted in a way to enforce a narrative of imposed rules that aren’t clearly stated on the lease. We were informed by neighbors she disliked our decorative plants that were intentionally planted, built, and planned. She threatened eviction after a simple conversation, we attempted to have reasonable conversation with her and she would act as if everything was fine, so we naturally carried on with day to day life. Only to hear from neighbors she wanted to kick us out. By far the least professional, respectful, or rational living situation we’ve had the misfortune of planning on calling home. We watered our neighbors lawns for them, attended to our elderly neighbor across the street, ripped all weeds out of our lawn and watered OVER the mandatory times per week and somehow she still took a disliking from us.Nightmare is an understatement.
October 29 · brooke waszSkyview Mobile home park is a nice place to live. The location makes it easy to get to places with quick freeway access and State street right there. The neighbors are friendly and no drama. I had a wonderful little garden spot that I grew tomatoes.Tammy the manager is easy to talk to and fun to work with. She keeps the park in great condition and takes any complaint seriously. I have moved out of state and will miss my spot there!
April 07 · Melissa Banks880 bucks a month to park your rig. No laundry room or any amenities. The property managers only job is overseeing this small park, and she lives on site, so she takes it very personal and will come knock on your door at anytime for anything. Lots of sketchy people walking by. My neighbors and I both had our bikes stolen. Loud street noise from state street. Mandated lawn watering but no hose or sprinkler provided. So many box elder bugs they cover anything left outside and have even made their way inside my camper. Decent water pressure unless there's no water at all that day. The ONLY good thing about this park is it's location.
