Some great changes in the park happening for the good.Yea rent has gone up since I moved in 7 years ago but worth it more recently for the positive changes going on in park.Still got some more things to go especially with the gate.Only Wish there was mgmt or security on site 24 hours a day because LEO doesn’t help much with issues and tells you to talk to park mgmt.Park is working on issues with the speeders to slow them down as they drive thru the park which will be great!

I haven’t interacted much with the management but they’re always fixing, repairing things or moving in nicer units. I wish the play area could be updated for the children or maybe even a second play area added for the children.

The ppl that own the land and sale you the trailers continuously change the rules to pick on buyers and charge extra fees for any and everything they want to . It's living in a controlled area at all times from the constant adding of rules to the kiss but tenants spying and tattling constantly... Do not buy here ,there are over options wayyyyy better

I recently notified Marie in the office about a minor issue and she sent Jamie, the maintenance man to fix it and he did an amazing job! Marie and Brandy are so easy to talk to and always make me and my family feel so welcome!! And they make it so easy to become a homeowner, which I'm in the process of now😊😊
