Silo Farms Introduce
Welcome to Silo Farms Mobile Home Park, an established and thriving residential community located in the heart of West Valley City, Utah. For many Utahns across the Wasatch Front, finding an affordable path to homeownership that doesn't sacrifice comfort, community, or convenience is a major goal. Silo Farms represents one of the region’s best examples of achieving that balance, offering manufactured and mobile homes within a well-managed community setting.
This community is far more than just a collection of homes; it’s a tight-knit neighborhood, perfectly suited for families, individuals, and anyone seeking a safe and welcoming place to live near the vibrant Salt Lake City metropolitan area. The types of residences found here are classified as a Mobile Home Park, meaning residents own their homes while leasing the land, a structure that significantly lowers the financial barrier to entry into the housing market. In a state where housing costs continue to climb, this model provides a crucial affordable option.
The tone of the community, as echoed by residents, is overwhelmingly positive, focusing on safety and exceptional management. One long-term resident noted that it is a "Great place to live," describing it as "calm and quiet" with "Lots of kids." The management has been consistently praised for being "beyond incredible," "so polite and helpful," and for their proactive approach to maintaining a high quality of life for everyone. This dedication to resident satisfaction is a defining characteristic of Silo Farms.

Silo Farms Reviews
Great place to live. It's quiet, I haven't seen it experience any crime. Lots of kids. The management is beyond incredible here. So polite and helpful. I am so grateful to them for everything they have done over the years. From putting giant dumpsters out on the street to make spring yard clean up easy. (I think they did in fall too) To having a giant manicured grass area that's safe, and for the kids. I was so pleasantly surprised at how calm and quiet it is.
