While specific detailed amenities can vary by park and are not extensively detailed in general public records for Sherwood, standard offerings generally include:
- Land Lots for Manufactured Homes: The primary service of a mobile home park is to provide developed lots where residents can place their manufactured homes. These lots usually come with connections to essential utilities.

Sherwood Mobile Home Park Reviews
First of all I lived here for a whole year and the whole year was chaotic. First during the summer it smelled real bad around the outside of the home and then it was later discovered that I had a sewage problem. Also my refrigerator went out 3 times. Each time the replaced it something was wrong. One of them didn't have the bottom cabinets and they never bought them. When it got closer to me moving it was worse the sewage was constantly backing up in my home despite them trying to fix it nothing ever worked .One time I had to go all weekend with the sewage messed up and when I tried to put in a maintenance request the landlord Kathy told the maintenance man to tell me I was evicted which was crazy because I wasn't behind on bills. Next day she tried to act like she didn't received my rent payment I put in the drop box I knew they were trying to pull a quick one on me because I placed my water bill payment in in the box with it and they received that. They are a bunch of liars all of them.
