The manager Shaun is so nice and kind ,as well as efficient. He's always there to help and greets everyone with a smile. He cares deeply about our community and we have never had a better manager. I hope he stays with us
Nov 30, 2023 · carla banksWhen I first moved her the trailer park manager Jose was great. It seems like since Jose has left everything has went down hill. We have had a window frame broke by a kid in the neighborhood. Someone cut our garden hose and turned on the water flooded the yard and street. I've had several other residence say something about their windows being broken by kids. Sheds broken into in the neighborhood and personal property taken. I've seen no notices sent out to the community or posted on the mailboxes. I've spoken to the manager twice this week due to my place being messed with. The neighborhood shouldn't have to put up security cameras around their whole house to feel safe. I thought there was pet restrictions, one neighbor says they have 7 dogs and the dogs, which two of the dogs that I know of are bigger dogs. There's a lady who always leaves food out for stray cats, not in cat dishes but on the ground making her place look disgusting. I would've recommended this place to live over a year ago, but now I couldn't honestly tell someone it's a great place to live.

There's been major problems with some children in the neighborhood, they vandalized and spray painted the storm shelter with profanities of racism. They egged some houses and cars in the neighborhood. I now frequently watch our cars, throughout the night.They raised lot rent and is stopping mowing our lawns for free. I feel like everything changing for the worst. Any complaint are met with a response of no remorse and no action being done. Overall it's been okay living here, but there's things I would change.
